Nine days to go! Final team meeting last night with Jeff Clayton, our support driver, who is very organised and has certainly helped Nick and I prepare - it is amazing what stuff you need to take! - this will be his third tour as support so he knows where we are going (and where the big hills are).

Thanks at this stage to Worcester Cycle Centre who have agreed to service our bikes for us next Monday - much appreciated.

Final short ride tonight then a couple of miles a day to keep the legs ticking over. Also need a trip to the energy drink and bar shop!
